  • Our dough follows Neapolitan artisan tradition, then is pre-baked to achieve a lighter, crisper texture than classic Neapolitan pizza, our signature bite. The same care goes into our bread, made with natural sourdough.

  • Our fried specialities are crafted in Rome by expert artisans using local ingredients, then deep-chilled to bring their authentic Italian flavour and perfectly consistent quality to Germany.

  • We use only top-quality Italian cured meats from a historic producer in Emilia-Romagna, true master salumieri with generations of expertise.

  • We source our vegetable preserves from a single artisan producer in Puglia, who controls the entire process from field to jar, using traditional methods like sun-drying. Only classic Apulian vegetables, such as premium sun-dried tomatoes, make the cut.

  • For our tomato base we use only premium Italian San Marzano. We crush peeled tomatoes daily to obtain a fresh, bright pulp. You can taste the difference.

  • We select our mozzarella in Naples, the same Fior di Latte used by the city’s best pizzaioli and pair it with DOP cheeses and exceptional specialties from across Italy.
