We source our vegetable preserves from a single artisan producer in Puglia, who controls the entire process from field to jar, using traditional methods like sun-drying. Only classic Apulian vegetables, such as premium sun-dried tomatoes, make the cut.

For our tomato base we use only premium Italian San Marzano. We crush peeled tomatoes daily to obtain a fresh, bright pulp. You can taste the difference.
